Foggy No More is a mobile headlight restoration service based in Mechanicsville, Virginia. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we don't do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you hand us. When you submit the form on this site or text or call us, that means:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code and, if you book, the address where the work will happen
• Your vehicle year, make and model
• Anything you write in the notes field, and any photos you send us

Our host and analytics tools also log standard technical information like your browser type, general region, and which pages you viewed. That data isn't tied to your name.

What we use it for

• Getting back to you with a price and a time
• Showing up at the right place and doing the work
• Sending you a receipt or following up about that specific job

If we want to use a photo of your car in our advertising, we'll ask you first. We don't post customer vehicles without permission.

Text messages

When you give us your number, you're agreeing that we can text you about your quote and your appointment. That's it — we don't run marketing blasts. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with lead brokers, marketing lists, or anyone else, with two narrow exceptions: service providers who help us operate (our website host and form processor, our payment processor), and situations where the law requires it.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies and advertising

This site may use cookies and pixels from Google and Meta so we can tell whether our ads are working. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. The site works fine either way.

How long we keep things

We hold onto job records for a few years for warranty and tax reasons. If you asked for a quote and never booked, we clear that out within about a year.

Your choices

Ask us and we'll tell you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Just text or call the number below.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top changes. Material changes get posted here.
